Q: How long does it take to receive my lab results?

A: Typically it takes 3-5 business days to receive Testosterone test results. You will be provided a copy of your results by email as soon as they become available.

Q: Why a blood test?

A: Blood testing provides the most accurate and consistent measurement of your testosterone level.

Q: What is considered low Testosterone?

A: In the US, traditionally any level below 300ng/dl in a male would be considered low. This would be considered under conservative standards. We understand that there is more to Testosterone than your number. In addition your symptoms and medical profile are considered to determine if TRT is needed. Men tend to experience the health benefits of testosterone when levels are maintained between 600ng/dl-1100ng/dl.

Q: What can I do if my Testosterone is low?

A: Our physician can diagnose low testosterone through an evaluation of your symptoms and a blood test. Low Testosterone can be effectively treated with Testosterone Restoration Therapy (TRT). With a physician’s guidance, testosterone can be restored to an optimal level where it will be maintained through semi-annual monitoring.
